This time next week, I’ll be at the Franschhoek Literary Festival in conversation with Joy Watson and Eva Mazza. From the FLF website: Joy Watson gets the lowdown from two writers with a frank take on sex and wealth: Lebohang Masango’s The Soft Life: Love, Choice and Modern Dating is an unjudgemental account of South Africa’s dating mores, while Eva Mazza’s new novel Sex, Lies & Alibis puts the Stellenbosch jet set under a steamy microscope.

I’m really looking forward to it. It will be the second time paired with a fiction writer on a panel and I enjoy hearing about the similarities in our different modes of story writing and telling.
