After Ancestory: Ancient lessons for modern life (2024) beautifully explored the importance of understanding indigenous wisdoms, buiding strong community and leading ngobuntu in every aspect of our lives and relationships, Nokulinda Mkhize is back with Kitchen Wisdoms: What we hate to hear but need to know (2025). The very pretty book will be available from Valentine’s Day from her website, guided.africa and the wonderful, Sewela Langeni’s Book Circle Capital in Melville. Speaking of faves, that’s where will all be for the book launch on Saturday, 15 February at 14:00. Come through for honest conversations that are insightful and fortifying.
